Objectives:

Define Trusteeship in all its forms

Identify the roles and responsibilities of Trustees
both at an individual and at a collective level

Develop the forward planning of an organisation at a
strategic, business and operational level

Identify the necessary policies and procedures to
ensure effective and efficient working practices to meet
legislative obligations

implementation procedures
