        Gill Robinson has worked in the voluntary & community sector at a local, regional and national level for over 15 years, both as a
            paid staff member and as a volunteer. Gill is a regular key-note speaker and facilitator at conferences within the two sectors and
            delivers training on a regular basis to representatives of public sector and voluntary & community organisations. She is co-founding
            Director of a not-for-profit Social Enterprise Company providing Open College Network accredited training services to trustees and
            managers of charities


        Maxine Narburgh holds a degree in Environmental Science and is a Research Associate at the University of East Anglia
            in the Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment (CSERGE) and Research & Development Officer for Suffolk
            Connect.Her most recent experiences include planning for sustainable communities in rural areas of East Anglia and development of a
            sustainable low impact autonomous training centre for the disabled. Maxine is co-founder of a support group for migrant workers
            and refugees, a  member of her Local Strategic Partnership and Community Representative on a local Urban Regeneration Company.
           Maxine’s voluntary activities include being Director of and adviser to various local social enterprises and community development
           trusts
