About Us

        Sandra Jarvis has nearly 20 years’ experience providing support for company directors, managers and charity trustees.
            Until 2001, Sandra was Manager of a centre providing services for children and young families, when she moved to became founder
            Manager of a new Voluntary Sector Partnership based within one of the most deprived urban areas in England. Sandra then
            developed a local Community Forum Council for Voluntary Services and is co-founder and Director of a Social Enterprise Company
            providing Open College Network accredited training.
            She has lectured in psychology and sociology, and holds an Open University certificate in Managing the Voluntary and
            Not-for-Profit Sector, a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Studies and an International Diploma in Life Coaching.

        Teresa Rawling is our Human Resources Consultant. She has experience of working in both the private legal profession and the
           not for profit sector.
           Educated to degree level in both employment law and voluntary sector management, Teresa provides practical advice and
           support in human resource management appropriate to organisation/business needs ensuring procedures meet current
           employment law legislation.
           Teresa worked for 20 years in the legal profession until 2001 - by that time was specialising in Employment Tribunal Cases.
           Teresa then joined a new Voluntary Sector Partnership working alongside Sandra Jarvis. In 2003 Teresa moved to become a
           Voluntary Services Co-ordinator for the some of the most deprived areas in the East of England, where she concentrated on the
           recruitment, training and management of local volunteers.
